Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the BidSwoop website, dashboard, alerts, and paid subscriptions.
1. Product scope
BidSwoop is a market-intelligence and alerting product. It is not a brokerage, investment adviser, execution venue, or fiduciary.
The product helps users monitor unusual intraday volume and momentum conditions in publicly traded securities.
2. No investment advice
All information is provided for informational and research purposes only. Nothing in BidSwoop constitutes investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
You remain solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make.
3. Accounts and subscriptions
You must provide accurate account information and maintain control of your login credentials.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the billing portal or otherwise terminated.
Subscription access may be changed, suspended, or terminated if payment fails, the service is abused, or account activity creates operational or legal risk.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, scrape at abusive rates, resell access without permission, interfere with service operations, or use the product to violate any law or exchange rule.
BidSwoop may limit or suspend access to protect users, vendors, infrastructure, or compliance obligations.
5. Market data and service availability
BidSwoop depends on third-party providers and internet infrastructure. Data may be delayed, incomplete, degraded, interrupted, or unavailable.
The product may operate in fallback mode during outages, and BidSwoop does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free alerts.
6. Disclaimers and liability limits
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
BidSwoop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid BidSwoop in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Contact
